Ways To Treat Your Sunburn


Sunburn is caused due to the overexposure of sun rays on your skin. It usually makes your skin dark and sometimes even causes blisters on your skin. Sunburn destroys your skin, as it loses control on the amount of heat that your body requires.   Due to sunburn your skin also cannot hold the fluid or protect you from infection
.
Sunburn treatment first starts with protection. Make sure that you apply sunscreen all over the exposed portion of your skin, before you go out into the sun. If you have already got sunburn then further exposure will make the trouble worse. If you find blisters on your skin then remember that, your skin needs an expert advice as because it has been completely damaged. At this stage a cool shower will give you some relief. You can apply some aloe or some cooling agent to soothe the pain. You can take some aloevera leaves and rub it over the burned area. You can repeat this as often as you like and apply some mild lotion before going to bed which will nourish your skin and also provide you some relief from the burning sensation caused due to blisters.

 Facial cleansers are extremely effective in removing the heat from the bad sunburn. You just need to rub it on your skin and allow it to soak. You can take a cool, damp cloth and soak it in some skim milk and then rest it on the burn which will help you ease the discomfort that has been caused due to sunburn. Sunburn dehydrates your body easily so, it is very important that you drink a lot of fluid. Avoid putting soap on the affected area, it may cause irritation and increase your trouble. Taking a bath in green tea will help you get respite from the sunburn. Stay out of the sun until the burns that you have fades. You can also apply some mashed apricots on your skin, leave it for 15 minutes and wash it off with water which is also a natural sunburn remedy.
