Hot flash is the first symptom that appears due to hormonal change during menopause. Almost all the women experience the problem due to diminishing estrogen within their body. The problem is more in the beginning years after the periods stop, but gradually with time its intensity decreases.
Usually Hot flash is moderate, but sometimes the problem becomes so severe that it might also require medical attention.  There have been several researches and it has been proved that women facing severe health problem which includes the pain of breast cancer, probably go through severe hot flash. It is better to naturally deal and beat the trouble of hot flash. Here are some tips that will help you in dealing with hot flash during menopause.
