  • A healthy and balance diet is very important because the appearance of your hair largely depends on what you eat. You food must be rich in minerals like zinc, sulphar, magnesium and vitamin.

  • Adequate rest will combat stress and help in reducing physical deterioration that can cause hair loss. Meditation is also very effective in reducing tension and stress.
  • Applications of honey and fenugreek seeds are effective home treatments in avoiding hair loss.
